J.C. Bailey needs to return to CCW on a full-time basis. Bailey should be at the Coliseum at least twice a month. He is a great worker and would be a great addition to the already improving shows.
Also I would like to see Simon Sezz, Vito & Sal Thomaselli, Brandon Blaze & Dynamite Derrick in CCW on a regular basis. BBW and IWA don't run on Wednesday nights very often or most of the time not at all so these guys should be available to work at the Coliseum.

First off let me say the opinions that follow are my own and have nothing to do with CCW front office or anyone currently involved in booking talent for the company.
I know everyone has their own opinion but on this one I have to disagree. J C Bailey is the last person CCW needs. J C was wrestling at CCW when I first came back to see what was going on at the coliseum before I was the announcer. I was there the last time he showed his face at the coliseum in a hardcore match with Billy Black. The fight went outside the ring and then outside the building. There one of the two was bodyslammed through the windshield of a parked car. All well and good except for the fact that the car belonged to a lady, who was there to pick up some people from the show. To say the least she wasn't very happy and called the cops. By the time they arrived both J C Bailey and Billy Black had disappeared leaving Da Commish to deal with all the fallout and the bill. Neither ever called Da' Commish to apologize or offer to make it right. To quote Carlito "That's Not Cool!" Anyone who knows me knows I'm not a big fan of hardcore, so I was never really impressed with their work inside the ring. After that night I saw their value outside the ring. These two left Da Commish, CCW and all their fellow wrestlers to suffer the consequences of their actions and are not even man enough to admit they messed up. I hope we never see either one of them ever again. If Da Commish hadn't been able to handle things, it could have led to a lawsuit and even the closing of CCW. It's OK with me if these guys want to disregard their own health and safety but when they throw the company, the boss, and their fellow workers to the wolves, then that is the last thing we need. Just my opinion, but these two know very little about wrestling and even less about being a professional.

I have to say, I agree that they messed up that night and they should have took responsibility for what they did. If you mess up the last thing you should do is run bc that makes it worse every time. Bailey is still a pretty young guy and young people make mistakes. I would say all of us have made our fair share in our life. Yeah, Billy Black is pretty worthless in the ring and isn't even a good bumper so I have no problem never seeing him in CCW again. On the other hand Bailey is one of the better workers on the independent scene. He is not just a hardcore style worker, yes he is good at that style but he is a good technical wrestler also and I think with some of the young guys in CCW he could work good matches with them and help them a long in the wrestling business. I think you would be better off just letting that incident be forgotting and have J.C. Bailey booked on a full- time basis in CCW. If he is booked and shows up maybe that could be discussed and the issue could be resolved. He probably knew he messed up and then didn't know what to do. 2nd chances are given all the time and I would guess this would be a good time for a 2nd chance.

I'm not absolutely positive, but I think that JC Bailey has had plenty of chances. I like the guy personally, and I don't mind his wrestling, but he also tends to have a problem with no-showing a lot.
On another note, I wouldn't mind seeing the thomeselli's either. But add Brandon to the list, I'm dying to see his "Ultimate Thomeselli" gimmick, regardless of how many other people don't like it.

I am also not a fan of hardcore. I think if CCW puts on good wrestling shows, they'll draw a bigger crowd. It's okay to throw hardcore in every once in a while to keep the older fans happy. Wrestling has so many different styles now, I think CCW needs to try and offer every different style they can to bring in the most people possible.
